Policy


  • Due to the high volume, all appointments will require a valid credit card for booking. The $1 validation charge is not captured and full payment will be processed at your scheduled appointment.

  • New clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment.

  • Late arrivals: We allow a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next appointment, with full service fees still applying. We reserve the right to cancel appointments for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you provide a minimum 24 hour notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

  • It is your responsibility to report any potential symptoms of illness. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Arriving sick to your appointment will result in an immediate cancellation and a service charge will be incurred.

  • We understand true emergencies occur. In the event of an emergency that inhibits your ability to arrive to your scheduled appointment, it is your responsibility to contact your esthetician to cancel. Failure to do so will be considered a “no-shows” and result in a service charge.

  • No other persons or pets, with the exception of service animals, are allowed to be in the room during your scheduled service.

    Cancellations

  • A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required. Any changes to the appointment must be completed through the confirmation email. The “Change/Cancel Appointment” link can be found at the very bottom of the confirmation email that was sent after creating the original appointment. Clients may also cancel via text, however they must confirm with their technician and have proof of the email of the cancellation to be valid.

  • Same day cancellations and same day rescheduling will be charged for 100% of the service price. This means that any changes must be made a minimum of no less than 24-hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or the charge will be applied to the card on file.

  • “No shows” will be charged 100% of the service price. This can be defined as failure to be present at the time of the scheduled appointment without notice.
