Pre-Appointment information
EYELASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS:
Please arrive with no eye makeup. A $10 service fee will be charged for removal of any eye makeup residue.
No caffeine or energy drink consumption at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. This may cause the eyes to flutter during your service.
Discontinue the use of lash growth serums and conditioners at least 7 days prior.
If you wear contact lenses, it is recommended to bring your case and solution or wear eyeglasses to your appointment. Contact lenses may be re-applied after the service.
Shower prior to your appointment, as you cannot wet your eyelash extensions for 24 hours.
Eat and use the restroom beforehand as the appointment may reach anywhere from 1-2.5 hours in one sitting.
FACIAL APPOINTMENTS:
Please read through all contraindications to ensure the facial you are selecting is suitable for you.
Health concerns: Please inform your esthetician of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and customized experience.
Age restrictions: Guests under 18 must have parental consent and/or be accompanied by a guardian for services. Our minimum age requirement for facials is 13.
Pre-Treament preparation: avoid retinols, exfoliants, and any other active ingredient skincare at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Post-Treatment Care: follow the aftercare instructions provided by your esthetician to maintain and enhance your results.
WAXING APPOINTMENTS:
Please ensure you have read through all contraindications under our FAQ tab to ensure you are a candidate for the service. If contraindications are present, our tweezing option may offer a better solution.

Waxing is not recommended for clients experiencing eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea.
Discontinue use of retinol based and active ingredient skincare products (acids) at least 7 days prior to your service. This can cause lifting of the skin.
No botox or injectables 7 days prior to service
No heavy sun exposure or tanning within 24 hours. Sunburned clients will need to wait until skin is fully healed.
Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or other invasive procedures should wait at least 1 week.
Waxing is not recommended for clients taking certain medications such as antibiotics, hormone replacement therapy, or blood thinners.
Pregnant clients may experience heightened sensitivity.
